WHO OR WHAT IS AN E-LEARNING GRAPHICS DESIGNER?

An E-Learning Graphics Designer is responsible for creating visual assets, including graphics and videos, for e-learning courses. This role focuses on designing engaging and visually appealing content that enhances the learning experience while aligning with course objectives and branding guidelines.

WHAT TOOLS DOES AN E-LEARNING GRAPHICS DESIGNER USE?

Typically, they use a bunch of tools to create engaging graphics and multimedia videos.

WHAT ELSE DOES AN E-LEARNING GRAPHICS DESIGNER NEED TO KNOW?

An E-Learning graphic designer working in e-learning needs UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) knowledge to create visually appealing and user-friendly course materials. UI focuses on creating the basic screens and backgrounds for the eLearning course while UX focuses on the overall learner experience, ensuring that navigation, interactivity, and design elements support engagement, comprehension, and ease of use.

You have several years of graphic design experience and are based in Kolkata, speaking fluent English with confidence. You’re comfortable working from the office five days a week (Mon-Fri) near the Ruby Hospital area, knowing that the role will transition into a hybrid mode after the initial weeks or months.

You are a smart and hardworking professional who values sincerity and integrity in your work. You want to earn well while working with people who respect you and your time, in a company that offers a healthy work-life balance. You are proficient in Adobe Suite for graphic design and VYOND for animated video development, bringing both creativity and technical skill to your projects.
